| Aww..Kristi...I bet it was a hard decision~ I hope this little guy finds a forever home very soon. You need to share some pictures of him.. ***I'm always amazed at how hard breeding and having Yorkies is*** It takes a special someone to do it...because it comes with some hard decisions...and tugs on heartstrings.... And, if it weren't for folks like you...I wouldn't have my little Sophie in my life.

| Boozer is so sweet, I hope you can place him in a good home I would be hopeless as a breeder, as I would not be able to let any of them go!!

| Kristi, he BETTER be "fixed" before he leaves! I knew you wouldn't keep him, you have such a habit of buying and re-selling dogs. You are under a verbal commitment with him and his breeder, it was because you "talked such a good game" that you have him in the first place, but come to find out you have a history of buying and selling dogs right and left...what a shame this wasn't revealed BEFORE you ended up with Boozer. You have truely disappointed me, Kristi, and don't think you're going to have much luck showing (IF you ever bother to do it) I will make sure anyone reputible knows your history! You VERY SERIOUSLY need to neuter Boozer before you place him, or at the VERY LEAST could you offer him back to his breeder? Quote:

| How dare you!!! If the two that I bought from you! was within standards I would not have to sell them! First it was Sunny with the flopped ears thats not standard then it Boozer with the rounded ears and thats not standard and every breeder here knows how hard it is the breed stuff like that out!If you had any probs you should have personally emailed like a responsible breeder would without you making a fool of yourself! And any resonsible would have a written contract not no dang verbal commitment, I really thought Becki you would never go this low without emailing me and talking about this first. Boozer WILL not go back to you he will be place in a pet home. And with me Showing yes I will but getting dogs way out of Standard there is no way, you knew when you sold him to me he had rounded tip ears not pointed. Now if you want to contact me personally lets do this the responable way! |

She has very nice yorkies also! If you did not feel comfortable with something about his structure you should have let her know before placing him up for sale.. JMHO.. |

| Kristi, let me make this clear, you have NEVER bought a yorkie from me, and NOW you never will. I have TRIED TO CONTACT you several times in the last few weeks, I either get no response, or "your husband". I have VERBAL contracts on several of my SHOW DOGS, it's called TRUST. They trust me, I trust them. We both do what we say we're going to do, and that is because we are ETHICAL. YOU PICKED Sunny and Boozer both, YOU wanted them. You saw them in person, and you put your hands on them, and they were what you wanted. Neither were baby puppies when you bought them, they were both over 4 months. Did you think you were buying a SHOW dog for $1000? Of course he has faults, but you wanted a dog to get out and practice with, he was healthy, has nice color and coat, and was structurally a nice boy. A LOT of puppies have rounder ear tips when they are small, sometimes they grow out of them, and sometimes they don't. The way you trimmed them certainly didn't help their look. Bottom line is you didn't buy a GUARANTEED show dog. You saw him, you wanted him, you bought him, you made verbal agreements, which apparently mean NOTHING to you. On BOTH Sunny and NOW Boozer you never gave their breeder an opportunity to buy them back. On sunny you flip flopped daily on whether you were going to keep her or not. THEN you sell her to a BYB OPEN REGISTRATION, and notify ME, not even her breeder after the deed was done. If Boozer ends up in the same situation Kristi, you should be completely ashamed of yourself. Again I want to make it completely clear your obligation is/WAS not to me, as I am breeder of NEITHER Of those dogs. But if you EVER think anyone else is going to give you a chance, you better clean up your act. Quote:
