As puppies they are brown all over. as they get older they turn a dark brown and lite brown. If you could see her in person you could see that she is a chocolate.

Glad your furbaby found a home. We are just VERY critical and ask tons of questions about those who are new and only seem to join Yorkietalk to sell their furbabies...especially now that there are scammers out there! We all stick together here.

someone in here said that chocolate is not a color of yorkie, it's not a recognized color or acceptable to the standard, but its rare and does exist. I have posted a link about it.

If you think she's pregnant I would suggest taking her to the vet to have them check her out....especially before you place her in a new home. JMO

If she is should have them next weekend I'm not selling her till then any way. But I will take her to the vet monday and have her checked. Have you ever seen a female let a male breed her right before she get ready to have puppies. I have seen her hang up with the male last week.

Maybe you could start a new thread about that in the breeder section so somebody that breed's dogs will answer that. I am not a breeder & I have no idea if that does/can happen.

If she is pregnant & does have puppies are you going to keep her until the pups are weaned or sell her & the puppies together? Just wondering....

Will someone please BAN this woman already??? She is making fools out of everyone here who are feeling sorry for her.

Pat - just how many dogs do you have? You say you have 5 yorkies. But how many Pekignese, Shih-Tzus and Chihuahua's do you also have? Because I know you're breeding all of these because you are SELLING them all over the internet. One of your dogs (the "choco") looks matted. The others look completely unkemp. Look at other people's photos on this site....their dogs look good...there is life in their eyes. There is no life in your dogs eyes. How do you give these dogs love and attention when you have SOOOO many of them...not just of one breed, but of many breeds. How do you care for them? Where are you getting them? And why are you getting rid of so many older ones? In one post, you say you are in a "money crunch". In another post, you say that you can't give the dog the attention it needs and that it's home for 10 hours a day "by itself" because you just got a full-time job. Which is it? How are you caring for all these dogs when you aren't home for 10 hours a day????

A spade's a spade. And you're a bad one. My instincts are not wrong here and I won't be fooled into apologizing for having them.

Texarkana is in AR and pretty much a market for puppy mill dogs. If a dog is being sold for $400, it's because there is something wrong with it...it doesn't have healthy parents or it doesn't have the medical care history it should have.
