| I am beginning my search... Some of you may remember my story... My precious Gizmo died two weeks ago. He was only 7. He had kidney failure. I was and am devastated. He and I were like velcro...attached. I feel really cheated out of the time I should have had with him. I miss him. Which leads me to the reason for my post: My husband has now said I can start to research getting a new yorkie baby. I didn't think he would let me because its so hard to find a "good" breeder. Where do I start? I have looked online for "yorkie breeders in Indiana" but most seem to be puppy mill type places. Is there another way to search? I have been reading all of the forums on YT and trying to learn what to look for. I want a pet quality puppy, not show quality. I am willing to wait several months if needed. Any suggestions will be appreciated...jan |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I thought we had a breeder or two on here from Indiana. Hopefully they will see this.

I also am sorry about your loss. I know how hard it can be. I have 4 puppies and am not that far away in Illinois. They are beautiful if you are still looking let me know. Key2Yorkies ~ Jan | |
