| large Yorkie wanted! please help! I'm looking for a new yorkie puppy that will hopefully be in the 10-15 pound range when fully grown. I know most breeders have bred the for smaller size and thus has made it very difficult for me to find the original size Yorkie I'm after. male preferably. please, please help me find a breeder with the original larger size . any info is appreciated! |

| try shelters or rescues I know it sounds heartless but some people only want the smaller ones and when their puppy gets "to big" they get rid of them. sad but true |

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | I try not to breed for tiny and many times have larger males feel free to fill out my puppy app to get on my list if you are interested. The bigger guys "happen" just like the tinies happen...just all depends where the gene pool decides to land |

| I have 2 big boys and everyone always tells me they are too big to be yorkies. I don't mind, they are healthy and kind and that's all I can ask for. Good luck in your search!

| Good luck in your search. I am sure that you will find what you are looking for. Like others have said, people often times rehome their pups because they get bigger than expected.

| If you haven't yet found your pup, take a look at the two postings about Biewer males - these dogs will be on the larger side. And Biewers are wonderful! |
