| Looking for a female yorkie in NJ Hi. I just joined yorkietalk. Looks like a really great site. Everyone seems so nice and informative. I'm looking for a female yorkie, for myself. I'm a college student and I just got a really good job, but I will be at home mostly, as I am 5mins from work. I'd love a little yorkie, to treat like a princess. My boyfriend and I have been searching for some time, its hard to find people that are sincere and legit. I can't really afford at this time over a 1,000, which makes it very difficult. If anyone has any information, or suggestions, would be much appreciated. I'm looking in the area of NJ, PA, NY and even DE and MD. Thanks

| Sorry, I don't know of any Yorkie breeders in N.J. There are other members from that area, as well as N.Y and PA. I hope someone will notice this and respond. If not, post on the General Discussion thread and repost introducing yourself. Welcome to YT. It's a nice forum and takes a little time to get acquainted. Jessica |

| I got Brutus in NJ but his breeder doesn't have any more puppies right now. You can go to the YTCA to find breeders and then call them. That's how I found Brutus. Good luck!!

| Hi, just read your post, I am picking up my yorkie on January 19th, but my breeder in Highland Mills, New York just had another litter of yorkie pups. She is highly recommended and goes under the name Buff Kennels. She breeds in her home and has a nursery. Her females are 1200.00 and the males are 1000.00. This area is in orange county, N.Y. by the woodbury commons outlet center. Good luck!! |

Unfortunately, I Do Not Have Any Time For Her With My 3 Year Old Home All Of The Time And Also Other Personal Matters. She Needs A Good Home. She Is Very Loving, Paper Trained, And We Have Already Begun Other Training. She Can Sit On Command. She Is Now 8 Weeks. She Has Not Had Shots Yet Because When I Took Her To The Vet At 6 Weeks, He Told Me She Was Too Young. | Buff Kennels........... I got my first Yorkie from Buff Kennels she unfortunately passed away in Buffs care. I took her home at 8 weeks and 1.75 lbs ( Which I now know was far to early) I had her for just two nights when she began to throw up and and not eat. I returned her to Buff on Christmas day. She passed away three days later from an apparent blood clot, at least that was what I was told (she had fluid in her lungs and the vet tried to drain it and may have nicked her lung? I asked my vet now and he said that they should not have done it). I never saw my Madison again. She buried her in her yard before she even called me to tell me that she passed away. I was upset about the way that it was handled and would not personally reccomend her......
