Yorkie Yakker | Texas Breeder Info Wanted Hi there! I know there are other Texas posts but I haven't seen one with a recent date. I am looking for my first Yorkie! I would like a female puppy, ready around May/June to come home. I am a teacher and want the whole summer focused on my new baby. I live near Galveston, TX but don't mind driving up to 4 hours for the pup. I have contacted quite a few breeders but want to see what else is available in case they do not have a female for me at the time I'm looking. I can't spend a lot... I am looking to spend $1000 or less. This will not be a breeding dog, and will be pet only. I want an AKC or CKC registered dog. I do not want a mill or pet store dog, or one from a broker! Any suggestions or advice is very appreciated Thanks! Stephanie |

| I suggest you check the YTCA Breeder Referrals. There are several wonderful breeders that I'm sure would be happy to lead you in the right direction. You might talk to Sherida Nelson or Bill Hinds just to start. Yorkshire Terrier Club of America About The Club

Yorkie Yakker | I feel like I've posted this message 4 times and I can't seem to figure the navigation for this site yet! Anyways, yes Judy please keep me on your list! I had a neighbor tell me of 2 ladies down this way who used to breed. I have been unable to locate either one through online searches so I figured I'd see what popped up here! And thanks Mary Ann! I have checked out the YTCA site many times as well as the list of breeders Thanks ladies, Stephanie |

Yorkie Yakker | Thanks KendraE! I think I've found her Puppy and good breeder that is! I went out today and visited for a very long time with a woman who is just the sweetest person and is very knowledgable about her babies. I feel very comfortable with her and I'm so looking forward to bringing my baby home!! |
