| Looking to Puppy hello, My wife and I are looking to purchase or adopt a puppy Yorkie. Almost spent over $1000 at a pet store today before I came to my senses and decided to do research instead. During my research I've come to learn about Puppy Mills which I had no idea existed. Didn't think that people would be so cruel. We would greatly appreciate if someone could please direct us to a place where we could adopt or purchase a Yorkie puppy. Thank you Fausto |

| Yorkshire Terrier Club of America- Great resource- Only purchase from reputable breeders. You can also try petfinder or google yorkie rescues in your area if looking to adopt. Good luck in your search.

| Best of luck. Purchase your breeder first, and then the pup. YTCA.org |

YT 1000 Club Member | fajoza45 -- take a look at the threads posted you'll see there's someone in MD who is looking to rehome her 2 yr old male Yorkie. She's asking a fee and he's not neutered. If you are truly serious about getting a Yorkie please contact her.

| What are you trying to do - sell or rehome? Who did you purchase your puppy from? Do they have a website so that I can check them out? Not looking to purchase from a BYB. |

| 9 weeks is really young to let a puppy go and it really increases the risk of hypoglycemia. |
