| Sick yorkie My mom has a one year old yorkie, weighs about 3 lb and super tiny!! He was born normal but unfortunately he fell down stairs and now has a trauma on his head and he is not so normal Now. The vet gave him medicine when it just happen and he somewhat did recuperate but he still needs special care that my mom unfortunately does not have time for. He now also has like a skin problem because his hair doesn't grow and my mom has not took him back to the vet to check. He is very loving but needs someone who has the time and money to give him the care he needs and we do not want to put him down. Please if anyone knows anyone in Florida it would really be a blessing to this pups life. |

| Oh how sad for the lil guy I think it is a wonderful idea to surrender him to a rescue. They will really be able to get the help he needs and find a perfect home once he has recovered enough. They screen new homes very well too.

| United Yorkie Rescue has foster homes in Florida. I would contact them. They will see that he gets the care needed and find him a good home!

| That would be perfect for him. I filled out the application , I hope they contact me asap.. He was diagnosed only head but the skin issues started recently and my mom hasn't been able to go get him checked which is really unfair to the pup. Thank u guys for the information, that's exactly what he needs |

| You completed a surrender form on our site and we don't have any foster homes in FL. The website for United Yorkie Rescue is www.uyr.us If you scroll down towards the bottom of their home page, you will find a link for their surrender form!

Not that I am aware of. WOuld not hurt for the OP to contact them, though. There is another rescue, but I am not familiar with what they do, so I will not recommend.

| I am sure you can find a rescue that will be able to take him. Please don't give up since the first place didn't have any foster homes. I know something will work out and I know that in past some people will even help drive to get him to the perfect place. I really think you are doing the right thing!!
