| Looking for small male in NC Ok, well I have searched high and low trying to find the perfect little guy. No luck yet so thought I'd post on here and see what I could find. I am looking for someone locally in NC 2-3 hr driving distance from where I live in Jacksonville NC. I don't want to ship puppies (I think it's too risky). Also I don't want a tiny one just a smaller male between 4-5 lbs preferably. Around 8-12 weeks of age. I tried to retrain a 5 month old and it didn't work out. I want AKC full registration in the chance I may want to breed with my Happy in a couple years. I do have children but they are accustomed to being around small dogs so this I am not worried about. (I know some won't sell to ppl with small children-my son is almost 4 and daughter is 5.) I would prefer silk coat. Thanks in advance. You can PM with any info. I have lots of other questions, but will prefer to ask those of individual breeders before I make any decisions. Thanks again!

| I am on the coast about 45 mins north of Wilmington. Right next to the Camp Lejuene Marine Corps Base. And thanks, just trying to find the perfect little male companion/playmate for my little girl. The 5 mos old male I was thinking of getting kept trying to hump my 9 week old little Happy and kept cornering her and "jumping" her. He never hurt her but he was just too big and too nervous a puppy for my likes. So off to looking again! HeHe!

| Check out Miracle Yorkies. This lady is very nice. Although I don't know about the full registration and the children but give it a try. The site is www.miracleyorkies.com. Hope this helps. |

| Hello from North Carolina! I live in Havelock and have been here for a year and a half but was in Jacksonville for 4 years before we came here. Good luck in your search for a puppy. I didnt have any luck finding my little boy here. A lot of breeders that I found around here would not sell to military or a family with kids and well we are both. Sebastian will be 6 months old tomorrow. We have loved having him around. I wish you lots of luck and maybe we can set up a play date after you get your new little one. |

| I have several litters that will be due in Dec. One is Ch. sired- another litter is out of the Ch. male's son and another is out of Kim's Cappy. All of three litters should produce some very nice kids. Of course don't know what sex to expect but may be of interest to you. All three ladies are cranky pretty sure they all took. Kids will hit the ground in Mid. December |

| Thanks everyone, I do too. But as many of you know it takes a lot of time, patience, research, and looking to find the perfect puppy for your family. Thanks for the helpful websites as well. Still looking....
