yorkielvr4life wanting a yorkie I lost my yorkie of 9 years on October 3, 2008. I would to have another little "bitsy" boy running around the house. I am in the Florida Panhandle between Pensacola and Tallahassee. I would be willing to travel to pick up. I cannot afford to pay a lot of money. But I have all the love in the world to give~

Yorkie Friend Are you just looking for a male? I have a little girl that is looking for a forever home. She just turned a year old. I have 2 3year old twins and 2 teenagers-I don't really have time for my poor Penny but would love to find her a perfect home without any kids to stress her out. I'm down south in Broward County. Contact me if you want more information.

Unfortunately I am unable to pay the price that you are asking. I could only afford a few hundred dollars. I have checked the rescue sites for yorkies but the ones that I have founf so far in florida, all the yorkies are in a terrible mess. I read their stories and just want to cry!

i agree!!! they are going to be all fixed up before they go to there new homes. and most of the time they are housebroken. And you will know there problem before hand. when you get a dog you never know what kind of problems they might have. and if you get one that ends up being sick i can tell you it's not cheap!! if money is a concern for you, you might want to reconsiter. at least with a recused yoorkie you would not have to worry as much.yorkie's can have alot of problems. I'm not saying that they all do, but we all know the breeds problems. and god know i love them!! My step son yorkie as had to have the knee surgery to the tune of $2000.00 and my baby was sick and the vet didn't know what it was. i was at the vet once a week for 2 months. and the er vet 2 times. and a specialist. all to find out she had mild panceritis. it cost me thousands. But i love her and i would do anything for her. She is like one of my childern.

To Elaine, God bless you for recusing 5 Baby!!! i myself can't go anywere near a pet rescue as i want to take them all!!! i love all animals and can't stand to see them looking at me with those sad eyes. i went to pet store one time an there was a dog rescue there that day and i went home with a new dog!!! He was the last one left and really he picked me!! He went nuts for me. it was like he knew me. i had he for olny 6 years. He was an older cocker. This owner had to move and couldn't take him with them. he was a real sweet heart.
