♥ Catherine My Love ♥ Donating Member | Large Female Yorkie: Common? Is it rare? haha, not really. : ) It's pretty funny, because there are 3 types of breeders (in my book), those that breed irresponsibly to sell tiny puppies for thousands of dollars (under 3 pounds), those that breed whatever they can (3 pound females, 20 pound yorkies, too old, too young, etc), and those that breed to better the breed. : ) So, no, a Yorkie over 8 pounds is not rare at all. Plus, 8 pounds is only 1 pound over the standard, so even a good breeder will occasionally have a pup grow up to be 8 pounds.

| Clovis? Where is Clovis? I have a female that will probably be what you are looking for. I would guess she will be in the 7-8lb range. I am attaching a pic of what she may look like as an adult. This is a sibling from another litter. Let me know if you are interested. I live in East Central Indiana. They are 2 1/2 weeks old right now. I have two females & one male. One has been spoken for from another YT member. I have several references and she will come with a 1 year congential health guarantee, up to date on shots, dewormed, dew claws removed and tail bobbed and complete check by my vet. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks! Jill
