Looking for small AKC male. - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Well looks like I lost out on Turtle and Duckie, but they're going to an awesome home, and will be very happy there!

But this means I'm back to searching. Here is what I'm looking for:

1. AKC Champion Bloodlines - I'm wanting a foundation stud, and want an excellent quality dog. Champion sired would be a huge plus.

2. Small in size. Because this will be my 1st male, I want to be able to safely breed with any female I may have until I have another male. 3-4 pounds on average would be prefered.

3. Good temperment. In my research I've found that temperment does in fact pass on to offspring, and I want a non-aggrressive dog toward people, or other dogs-i have 2 yorkies already.

4. Conformation. I don't like to base purchasing a dog by looks, because out-of-standard dogs can make the most awsome pets, but in a breeding dog, I'm really looking for quality.

5. Really hoping for an adult, but 5 months and up would be good.

6. Intact (could go without saying, but I thought i'd add it anyway, lol)

If I think of anything else I will add it. Thanks so much.

ALSO. So I don't have to make a whole other thread, if anyone has an adult female 1-4 years, AKC, CH bloodlines, 5-7 pounds, and basically everything else that I'm looking for in a male, please contact me. Mainly looking for a male right now, but would love a female or two. Thanks!

p.s. I'd very much like to meet the dog, but I will pay for shipping if needed. If you're within 3-4 hours of me, or would be willing to meet halfway, I'd rather do that, I think. And I'd like to talk to the owner through email or PM - about the dog, and about myself, before purchase. I know people want to know who their dog is going to, and I assure you, he/she will be EXTEMELY loved, and pampered, and well cared for. And you'll be able to see pictures, on the photos board.

I'm a photography nut, and have 2,000+ pictures of my girls. Haha!

STILL LOOKING GUYS!!!

I talked to Natalie, and I may get one of her puppies another time, but right now, because I'm just starting out, I'd like to look in the lower price range, but still find quality. I hope I can find that...if anyone has an adult AKC with Ch. lineage, please email me with pedigree, if available, pictures, weight, info. Thanks! Looking at a pair right now that are 9 months, but are each $2000. I might go for it, because they are champion sired, but if not, I'm really looking to spend LESS than $2000, but will consider other prices.
