Missing Yoshi Everyday! Donating Member | ♥~♥ Looking to add a Biewer a la' Pom Pon to my family! ♥~♥ I have always wanted a Biewer Yorkshire since I first came across the breed doing a google search on yorkies. Which is now wanting a biewer is more intense since I became a member of YT and see all the pictures of them. I want one that will be on the smaller side. Hopefully near me so I can drive out and see them and learn more about their background (breeder, background and so forth)

| not a Biewer but... I don't know anything about this breeder and it's not a Biewer but have you seen how cute Parti yorkies are? I noticed Biewers tend to run larger than yorkies(or maybe it's just that their hair is more fluffy making them appear larger?) Anyway, I came across this adorable male on a site and thought he was so darn cute! His name is Halo: http://www.yorky4you.com/parti.html

| I thought a Parti and a Biewer were the same thing? Can someone tell me what the difference is? Quote:

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Parti's are AKC registered. They are born of Yorkies with the recessive gene. Biewers come from German breeders; generally bred Biewer to Biewer and are registered in Germany. |

| A Parti is a yorkie with any amount of white in any place on its body. Biewers have standards that we try to meet. A Biewer must have white legs, belly and at least a white tip on its undocked tail. Size, conformation are the same for a show Biewer and Yorkie. Of course not every Biewer is going to meet the standards exactly, just as every Standard Yorkie does not meet the standards that have been set (Blue and Gold are the only accepted colors now for a Yorkie) |

| I am sure there will be several litters for you to choose from. I may be having a litter around Christmas Eve, but I have not confirmed anything yet. Those babies would be ready to go sometime in March. Good luck finding your Biewer baby!!! Keep us all updated. (We love pictures, because they all look so different!) |

| Thank you, Dee and Kathy for clearing that up. I didn't even know about Biewers and Parti's until I joined YT. I think they are sooo beautiful! I just wish I could afford one |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | There is a wide range on the prices depending on sex, size, pet vs. show potential vs. breeding potential. When you are ready there will be a biewer for you.... |
