| Am I seeing things? Alright we are not going to show, or breed, so this question is just for my know how. When i picked up copper his topline was level. this is at 12 weeks. Another lady tried to buy him out from under me to use him in her breeding program. my understanding was that is was his structure that drew her to him. This being said, at about 4 to 5 months his topline was sloping a little. I just figured that as he grew it just happened and that would be how he was going to be. It has righted itself a little this last month, but I looked at him yesterday, he was standing just right and it is perfect, his topline that is couldn't be any more level, his running seems smoother, more adult and not so clumsy. checking him out closer this morning it is level... Again not a big deal just wondering if this is normal. I am really noticing it because he is in a modified schnauzer cut for the summer. I'd like to learn as much as possible about the breed so shared insight is much appreciated.
