Slow growing coat.. I've heard some say that coats that are thin and take forever to grow are silk. I'm not sure how true that is because my Foster who is 9 months has a coat almost to the floor and true silk. What age should a full true silk show coat come in. Would 2 years be to long? I would think so

Thank you Olivier. I want lots of coat NOW!!..hahahaha.I'm not patient. I could not handle a Yorkie that took 2 years to grow coat. How about very thin coat. Is that good?

coats A coat does not have to be thin to be silk...I have seen some of mine with a floor length coat at 10 months. Silk can be thin and it can be thick..it varies.
