| Westminster Yorkie judging My apologies if this has been posted before, but I'm at work and wanted to get this done. Here is the video showing the Yorkie competition. If you watch the show at night, all you see is the Best of Breed, not all who competed. This video shows them all. I know there are folks here who show their dogs ... watching these magnificent animals in full coat gives me a whole new respect for you. I have a hard time keeping mine "neat" in about HALF that much hair. YORKSHIRE TERRIER > Videos > Westminster Kennel Club I hope you enjoy the video ... |

| Dad gum it just makes me look at pepper and say "what if". unfortunately pepper's coat is curlyfrom her shoulders back and on her legs. She actually has curly-q's on her tail. I actually let her air dry that way just cause i like how it looks on her (and she hates the hair dryer). She is so not standard, she weighs 13 lbs now at 1 yr old. But she is my girl and I wouldn't give her up or trade her in. Is it on USA again tonight??

| Thanks! I was hoping someone would post this.......Thanks! They are all so Gorgeous! I like to watch stuff like that, especially before "Bath Time" it helps motivate me to deal with their Grooming. Too bad they can't look like that all the time, it's alot of work.

| Thanks so much for sharing. Even my hubby enjoyed watching it, but agreed with me that neither of us would have the patience to take care of all that hair. LOL My hats off to all of you show people who work so hard to produce such beautiful babies.

Tonight's program will have the Best of Breed winners competing for Best of Group, then Best of Group winners will compete for Best of Show/Grand Champion. Best of Group will be the winner out of all the Toy competitors, and a Yorkie may not be it. I was pleased to find this video, because it shows all the Yorkies that made it to the "Yorkie Finals" . From these, Best of Breed will be chosen. They don't televise the individual breed competitions. At least not on USA. They're beautiful! And yes, I did see the braid! How cute!! | I have a question, I am watching a replay of Westminster today and they just finished showing the Terriers class. I did not see a Yorkie, are they in a different class? Sorry if this is a silly question, this is my first timew watching. I might add SophieKate has loved watching all the dogs. In fact she is on the foot of my bed right now watching...so cute.

Yes, Radar wil be in the Yorkie group. The winner of the Yorkie group will go on to compete in the Toy group, which will be on tonight, along with two other groups. Then the winners of each of the seven groups will compete for Best of Show, which will also be shown. I had the pleasure of seeing Radar at the Progressive Toy Show in NYC on Friday. He is beautiful.
