Here is my 5 month old Beau. Would you please give a critique on him? I would love to find a fun match in the Dallas/FtWorth area and take him. Anyone know of one coming up?

Totally adorable. Sorry I don't have the knowledge to critique him on show qualities, but totally adorable for sure!

Your boy is beautiful. He seems to have a wonderful natural stance. What are his bloodlines? How is his bite? It would be nice if you could find some fun matches to take him to. You might check with some of the kennel clubs in your area or put him in conformation classes.

Thank you ...and also Thorsmomma.He is teething like mad but his bite looks scissor-like. I've heard it can change though...especially when teeth are coming in. I am going to contact the Denton Kennel Club and hopefully find some classes. He loves to walk on the lead but has a habit of wanting to carry the lead in his mouth. I definitely need to change that. He is Ch sired and from This Time kennel...it includes Pastoral lines(mom is a daughter of Ch Pastoral The Blues Are Back).

Welcome! I remember when you where naming Startdust Ziggy.

Nice lines! In the photos he looks younger tha 5 months. Are these recent -5 months old?

He is a real cutie!! Great outline and tail set from the pictures. Sounds like he has a great pedigree also!!!! Ears look good and he looks to be balanced. If teeth are good and he has 2 testicles and looks to be having silk hair, then by all means show him!!!!! Best of luck with your very nice puppy!!!!

Hi! Thank you. Yes, I could've used some of those handling lessons the one time I showed Ziggy. He came in 2nd but there were only two entries in his class.

No, they're not all recent pictures. Lets see...the first pic of Beau he is only 13 weeks. Second and third was taken March 5th..almost 4 months old. Last picture March 22 so he was about 4 1/2 months there. He turned 5 months on April 10th. I will try to take some more pictures when he gets over his ear infection. Right now, the antibiotic ear drops make his head look a little greasy.

Thank you all for the nice compliments. Yorkielist, the bite seems okay and he does have two testicles. One thing I notice is his hair is much coarser and silkier than Ziggy's. I was told that Ziggy is modified silk...much more cottony than it's supposed to be.

I like what I see.
Very cute boy.

Tail Set looks good, nice earset, topline looks good, looks alert and like he has some attitude.

Your boy looks very promising for a show hopeful.
Now to get him in some classes and watch him mature, see how he moves on the lead.
I can't wait to hear more about your boy
