Not sure what exactly you mean. The dog can fly on the plane with the person traveling or in cargo. I found breeders in Germany by searching the internet and also by referal from others in the US with Biewers. Contacted them via email and on-line translators.
Does this answer your question?

You no longer have to go to Germany to get a "real" biewer nor do you have to spend 3 to 4 k. There are some great breeders here in the states but you had better do your homework. This is a new breed/color variation and there is still alot we don't know about their health.

Price of course depends on what you want the Biewer for. My pets have been $500-3,000 depending on the puppy. (Also helps if I already know the new owner too. Most pets are around $2500)) . Breeding puppies are $2500-4000. Of course the more expensive show very few or now faults. Both of my boys and most of my girls have multiple titles including BIS honors. If you PM me I can give you the names of the breeders I have gotten puppies/dogs from. Always willing to help, so others can enjoy the wonderful personality of the Biewer. They are usually less hyper and yappy than the standard Yorkie.

Have people with partis seen this same difference? Let us know, I really am interested if they have the same disposition as the Biewers.

Maybe start a savings program; or put your change in a piggy bank and then deposit it once in a while. It starts to add up especially when you have a goal. I have a friend who "quit" diet soda and candy bar stops at the local 7-11 and a daily Starbucks--and threw her $$ into coffee can--she saved over a $1,000 just by giving up some of daily expenses in about 4 months.

My website just got updated for new pictures and show info.

I took my 3 month old little girl to a puppy match last weekend and she won best in show, best in winners, for Junior dogs under a year. She did compete against the Best of the Senior group, but lost Best of Best on a coin toss--because the 2 AKC judges couldn't decide between her and the Sr. Dog--an Irish Setter (I think, I'm more knowledgeable about breeds of small dogs.).

Dog Shows are fun when everyone is there for a fun time.
