yeah i dont know how or what terms she left the rescue with
all i have on her is some medical papers, and some american registry papers and some vert certs saying that she can be traveled with.

as for the rescue yeah i have no idea whattheir policy is i didnt deal withthem directly

i dealt with a lady who got her from the rescue and she works with the www.puppymillrecue.com

she infact emaile dme over her info and a link to sign up or something i didnt get into it yet i just glanced over it but she took her becuase she said there was over 40 pups when this mill was busted and she took 3 and she said she knew she wouldnt keep tessie but she brought her knowing she could find a good home, so i got her from that lady, i found her posting on the freecycle
website, i stepped in so that she wouldnt go into the wrong hands, and in the mean time i fell for her so i thought i could keep her but seeing her a frankie its obvious she needs something a little more calm, mayeb with a girl yorkie who will not sniff her day and night, and a more relaxed family, she did really well in my house though, i just cant return her knowing there is someone out there who can take care of her and meets the requirs she needs. i know there is someone on here and tehy can take care of her.
she will be a diva once she is settled and on the right track

girl i would love to keep her but im putting my selfish want away and looking out for her, im just hoping to rehome her in a place thats the same.

i have been reminding everyone who pms over her about her leg becuase some people seem to not mind and all they can think about its getting a yorkie and i dont want to see her up here again, i would like to keep her but at this point in time i dont see frankie relaxing and i dont see her getting any happier with him around.

frankie annoys the girl cat to no end but she can get up run and jump up on the bed and then look down on him and be like ha ha this poor girl is half his size and she cant jump and so he kind of hounds her

and he annoys us chasing and picking on the cat and i told myhusband there is no way i can have him annoying her, she will be a good lap dog, she loves to just sit there

if i got a girl she would have to be as rowdy as frankie to keep up with him

and a zoo of yes i have a zoo to

i have my german shepard and my siberian husky who own the back yard and they know it, and then you have the franks who owns the whole house and he knows it, and then the 2 cats who kid of stay hidden until we go to sleep and then they come and get into my bed, and then my son has his snake,
and then the kids oh my girl tell me about a circus.

but i just hope the girl i am working with now comes through and she is able to make a good home for her.

i feel bad not charging anything for her but i didnt pay anything for her and all i have had to buy for her was a water bowl and food bowl and a harness and leash

i mean 20 dollars no big deal. but someone said to charge so i know she goes to a good home, if this one falls through i will charge and just donate it back to the puppymillrescue.com or another united yorkie rescue, but i dont think i could take money for her. i want to seeher happy

i dont think that ppl need to pay a fee to show that they will be giving her a loving home thats like saying money is everything if ppl are trying to help out dont take more out of there pocket that they can use on the furbaby instead

girl thats whatim saying
i didnt want to charge and im still not going to

i was just saying after some things today i felt like i should so i know they want her

but what you said is whatim talking about

they want so much money for dogs in geneeral these day sn then you haev to spend sp much more on vets, supplies etc

im not charging and i have made plans with one of our fellow yters to pick her up tommorrow but i wont annouce any names if its follows through
i will let her announce the newest member of her family.

bu thanks guys and thanks for caring for her, i did to and some people think im crazy becusae i took her in and then and finding her a home but the lady who was posting her to rehome most likely had the sme luck as me,nobody wanted her afterthey found out about her leg and i knew she would be in the wrong hands and the wrong home i i didnt say anything, so i did and i knew that someoe on here could help out

and i feel really confident in my choice i choose to gether and i think they will be great and she will be great in their home

Steph. I'm active with www.puppymillrescue.com and something does not sound right. First of all she would have been in fostercare and not just taken from a kennel and given to you. They are VERY stringent on not only who fosters but also who adopts, this is why you see the pups on the site sometimes for long periods. They look for the best home suitable home for that particular dog, this way to avoid what is happening now. She also would have had to be in fostercare for a period of time to be evaluated, fattened up and they would have had her deformed leg fixed if possible. They do not just have the dog "Live" with it. Don't mean to come across as accusing you of lying but what you wrote is not possible. Perhaps you are refering to another rescue and not www.puppymillrescue.com. AND, yes ALL rescues would want their dog back and they follow up for an extended period of time before making the adoption binding. How long have you had this dog for Steph? Elaine.

P.S. Also you would NEVER find a puppymillrescue dog on Freecycle. They are ONLY advertised on their web page www.puppymillrescue.com and they advertise via Petfinder.com. You would not even be considered unless you filled out an online application and made a donation to www.puppymillrescue.com. This is the ONLY way you would be able to adopt one of their dogs. This person may have taken her from a kansas puppymill but in NO WAY could she be associated with puppymill rescue. They would NEVER allow her to advertise and give away one of their dogs that way. Elaine

I agree with Elaine. I would also hope who every adopts her is willing to pay thousands of dollars to make her leg right. It would not be fair to make her go through life like this if surgery can repair it. A reputable rescue would never adopt out this little one without having the surgery done.
