I HONESTLY haven't promised her to anybody or even delved into specifics with anybody yet. I honestly want her to have the vet check first . I never adopt any dog out without the adopter knowing everything that we can find out first and I think the vet check is important before anybody gets their hopes up.
SO FAR she's a WINNER for Temperment.
She has no problem sharing anything with people or dogs here and I can't seem to do anything to rile her up. She did give a squeak when I pulled a kno t when combing her hair though.

Default Why Did Someone Give Such a Precious Baby Up?

It must have been a serious situation to let go of something so precious.

If I could buy a plane ticket right now, I'd be on my way. She is just adorable. My husband said no more for now. Hope she finds a great home.

Please let me know too. I've been following this and have also put my name in to adopt, so I'd love to know where she finds her forever home. She's beautiful and I'm sure you will find her a wonderful home!

Hello
I too am really interested in her. I am a mature, single female without children so she would be my angelbaby. The love, care and attention she would receive from me and other family members would be overwhelming.

I have been looking for about 8mths now and have missed out on others that have come and gone thru the site. Many others are just too far away.
Please consider me for this cutie pie.
Sincerely, Maria
(lonelyheart in NYC)

PS I would be willing to go pick her up throughout this weekend and all next week. Just give me a call 347-524-1359 anytime.

OMG ..I'm feeling stressed out and guilty all at the same time here peeps. I want everybody here and who pm'd me to know I have EVERYONES name saved and will post after her checkup this weekend ,how it went. LOL.. I thought it would be easier adopting her out on this board of Yorie lover's... but truthfully it is tearing me apart thinking how all I can do is interview everybody then choose only one. I'm just not used to having to tell people NO if they are qualified loving people. Here at the rescue I'm usually begging for applications to find good homes and the response from you all has been overwhelming and heartwarming .

I also wanted to state I had quite a few of you stating you didn't think you were qualified because children or unfenced yards. I just wanted to say I do not tell anybody NO just because they have children... or even an unfenced yard...JEEZ. I have a passle of kids myself and believe it or NOT..I also do not have a fully fenced yard(Only Partially). I have had dozens and dozens of dogs go through here and we never lost one yet And my kids have always done well with the animals.
Darcy herself seems to do VERY well with young children and therefore children are fine by me with her. I only say NO to children if I feel the dog shows me signs of not doing OK with them
