Free Female Pup In Ohio HI FOLKS, I just came back from the vet for first shots and one of my babies has a hernia. She will have to be spayed and the hernia surgery can be done at that time. She is 8 weeks old and has been wormed and has had her first shots. She is very healthy and her ears are all ready standing up. Let me know if you are interested. She will have limmited registration and only to a good home. I know everyone on this board is a good home canidate, so that's why I came here first.

puppy A hernia is perfectly fixable and a minor problem..of course, I would not breed her..put she will be a perfectly health pet. Many breeders get hernia's, you can repair or allow the new owner to do it at spaying time..I reduce the price of the repair, which done at spaying time has never run more then $50 to 75...and guess what, many recede back into the navel or groin adn the ring closes in months and need to no surgery...one vet kept telling a breeder friend it was hernia when it was actual fat pads that disppeared by 4 months..best wishes PS..if she is still free, I would love to have her myself..no breeding, just a pet for my adult daughter...

| I agree... asmall hernia usually is a minor fix during spaying. We have had it done for a few rescues here and it was simple. I wish you lived closer. We have waiting approved homes for yorkie rescues

If she is only 8 weeks, it very well could disappear. What happens is that as the pup grows, the hole that is creating the hernia doesn't so it essentially gets too small for anything to loop down through the hole.

What great info I cannot believe the wonderful responses I am getting from everyone. My vet made me feel like it wasn't fair to sell her since she had to have surgery. The money is not a big thing for me but a great forever home is. I may keep her for awhile to see if it disappears but I am more concerned for her well being and i know that the folks on yorkie talk feel thje same way I do about my babies. I have had some requests to ship and I am not comfortable with that. I will let everyone know but you can still email me if interested. i do have a potential coming today and I will let everyone know. Thanks

I am only a child but can give the love attention and affection to the dog that a mother could give to her newborn baby! If I could have this little girl she would be loved and cherished every day of her life and most defineitely spoiled ROTTEN! Not only would I get her I would call you and send you tons and tons of pictures so you know that she is ok and I can't say anything more! Sincerely, Jocelyn P.
