Senior Yorkie Talker | Tiny and Chester Hello all.... Tiny and Chester, a senior Persian cat I adopted in December, were inseperable. They ate together, slept next to each other on the sofa. Tiny slept on my one should with Chester on the other at night. Since Tiny passed Chester was not quite the same. Yesterday, Chester went to sleep and did not wake up. I am sure he is with Tiny protecting her as he always did. RIP sweet Tiny and Chester. They clearly loved each other very much...I miss my precious babies.... |

Senior Yorkie Talker | Happy Holidays to all! Thanks so much for the special thoughts. I have heard from many of you over the past few months. It is wonderful to know you all cared so deeply for my precious Tiny. There is not a day I do not think of her and miss her sweet and tender gazes. She was such a kind little soul. At this special time of year, I want to wish all of you a happy holiday! Your support has helped my broken heart at the loss of Jake, Tiny, Chester and my precious baby PeeWee. Merry Christmas everyone!!!! |

| We think of you and your sweet pack often and I find this thread to be one of the most loving and inspirational threads on YT. You love and devotion to your senior rescues is a wonderful life lesson for all of us. One of my favorite posts of yours and it fits the holidays perfectly Merry Christmas ! Happy Holidays to all of Tiny's wonderful Yorkie Talk family! We wish all of you a safe and wonderful holiday. Tiny is sleeping under the tree right now. She is safe, warm and loved because of the kindness and help of others. For that, we will always be grateful. As we watch everyone frantically moving about to purchase gifts, please remember the best gift is one from the heart. To all of our wonderful friends at Yorkie Talk.... Have yourself a merry little Christmas !

Senior Yorkie Talker | In memory of Tiny I went to the shelter about a month ago to sponsor the adoption fees of a little senior yorkie I had seen posted for several weeks. After speaking to the staff, seems many would look at her, but no one in 2 months would adopt her because of her age, 13 years old. After carefully thinking it over, I did not want her to get a home because she was free. I did not sponsor her. I thought of my sweet Tiny in the same position. So, yes, as I have often encouraged others to do, I brought her home. There would be no better gift in the memory of Tiny and the 3 seniors I lost this year. There is not a better gift to all of Tiny's Yokietalk friends than helping a little one in such a bad position that could not help herself. In all the sadness over Tiny, I hope this will give to all of you a little Christmas joy. |
