I have been at the shelter since Oct 22, 2009.

There are a couple and this has been sent around. Our foster homes there are full.

I sure can foster if he can find his way to me, of course I'd be willing to do my part in that as well.

I can't stand the tohought of him being in a shelter and friday (TOMORROW) being his last day.

I had five in TX shelters sent to me today.

Until we get more foster homes, there is nothing more we can do.

Anyone wanting to foster needs to send an email to the rescue they are wanting to help and get their applications in and approved!

You could call the shelter, but unless you have a plan, it is probably a wasted call. I hate to say that, but it is reality.

I learned long ago that if I cannot directly help one, I send around to everyone that I can. I then do not look back because quite frankly it makes me sick to my stomach. Many of them are euthanized and there is just nothing I can do....so why even call to find that out? Rescue, while very rewarding, is also extremely depressing. We cannot save all that need to be saved.

I understand you can't save them all And you sometimes have to just remember the ones that you found homes for. You are one special lady, and their will be a special spot in heaven for you.
