| 190 + dogs siezed.. yorkies plus The police and humane society seized them. They took only the worst ones . There is yorkies, s**tzus, and chihuahuas these poor things were covered in poop, some are blind and some have no hair and one with its bone sticking from its leg. This is such a sad story. I have contacted a friend who raises money for shelters and stuff so we are raising money to help with their cost. I think the shelter is a kill shelter but I will check futher to see. They hope to have the rest of the dogs by Friday. I have been in contact with them and told them I can help find proper homes for them. I can give you all more details Friday afternoon. I thought some of you maybe interested or can point me to a rescue. They said these dogs were kept in a metal building and 10-11 dogs per pen. The man told me it was very bad. But if you are interested just let me know and when they get the details of how they will handle this many dogs I can pass it on to you all. I told the man I can get in touch with rescue groups so I hope you all will help. |

| Sounds like you have things pretty much under control. Bless your heart for helping these poor abused little souls. Yes, contact the Rescue Groups. They will take care of all the medicle needs and find wonderful homes.

| Have they been surrendered or just seized? Which shelter are they in? I have several friends that does rescues in B'ham. Email me the info on the dogs privately, and I'll see if any of my friends can help these puppies. Thanks, Lisa |
