Maybe we should start another thread in the main forum asking if anyone is from that area. so they can go check on these babies.

Or if you would 'foster' them until a family was found, or until a Yorkie Rescue was found in your area and then they could be given to them for foster care and adoption, etc....

Please let me know what your thoughts are? If you will SAVE them BOTH give me your paypal account and I will send over the $25

I understand. I am still willing to pay $25 and jrsygal37 said she would pay $25 too.

Since you are there (in TX) - can you please contact the rescue that someone listed:

There is a Yorkie rescue in TX., Yorkie Haven at Seabrook, TX
website: www.yorkiehavenrescue.com

Tell them we can pay the fees but can they take them into foster care?

Please let us know. Thanks!

I am looking for a female in that age range and size range, but I live in VA/DC. I would be willing to adopt one of them. I already have 1 male. Also, there is another lady who lives in Canada who is looking to adopt a small female. I will PM you.

Hi Everyone,

I can pay the $25 adoption fee and transportation fees to bring one of these girls to Canada for a permanent, forever home.

Is there somebody near there who can help facilitate this? In order to bring a dog to Canada the dog must have a up-to-date rabies vaccination and there is a $30 administration fee.

I'd like to learn a bit more about their personalities so as to ensure I have the ideal home for them. If one of these girls has health problems, I would like to adopt her so as to take advantage of my unlimited vet services.

The look like they're in rough shape, like how Annie looked when I first found her. If anyone can help facilitate this adoption, please feel free to call me at (204) 979-8353 or (204) 282-0330 or email me at jamiesaari@yahoo.com.

Jamie

I did some research and found that Delta Airlines offers pet travel directly from Killeen, Texas to Winnipeg, Manitoba. Here below is the pricing, which I would be willing to pay for one of these girls to come to Canada:

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Weight (lbs) From United States From Canada
0-19 $155 $189 (CAD)
20-44 $169 $209 (CAD)
45-74 $199 $249 (CAD)
75-99 $239 $299 (CAD)

I will be out of town from Feb. 5th to Feb. 14th and if I were to adopt one of these girls I would prefer to not cause any extra stress on her by having her come here, getting attached to my daughter and I and then having us leave for nine days and staying with my mother during that time.

If somebody could foster one of these girls until Feb. 14, I could fly her to her new, forever home anytime after that date.

I don't see them listed anymore. Hopefully they found a forever home.

I phoned the humane society directly and both girls have been adopted. I hope they have found wonderful forever homes.

I have a strong belief that when the right Yorkie comes along things will fall into place. Things felt so right and were perfect when Tika came into my life. I know the same will happen with a new baby.
