| Wanted pooper scooper for Yorkies? I hope this is the right place to post this...I need a pooper scooper for indoor use and want to know what you recommend. Normally I take my doggies out on the leash at least twice a day, but I am recovering from an illness in which I can not walk. So, I have noticed some "tootsie rolls" on my training pads, and I cannot bend over to pick them up for disposal, so I am looking for an indoor pooper scooper. .....What do you recommend?

| I've never thought about this. I do use a small broom with a dustpan on a pole that I got at WalMart when my back goes out... may work for hard poops... or they make some long handled cat litter scoops I saw at Petsmart a while back. I hope you feel better soon.... keeping you in my prayers...

| I swear by the "poop patroll" grabber. Its plastic and a full enclosing grabbing "habds" scoop....if it can snag multiple tootsie rolls from tall grass it can do it anywhere. Super easy to squeeze handle my son used at 5the years. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00067MVUE

| To update my earlier post: I found and purchased a scooper at my local Wal mart. It is made by Quickie and for is a dustpan on a stick....I don't know how else to describe it. It's a large dustpan, larger than I would like, but what can you do when you are desperate, LOL. No need to ever bend over with it, it is sturdy. I have found the one I want though...it is the Rubbermaid Lobby Pro Upright Dust pan, sold at Sam's Club. Next time I go in there, I will get one. Thanks!
