| Freestanding gate I'm looking for freestanding pet gate. Any recommendations with reasonable price? Everything I see is over $100. |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I have a freestanding gate, I bought it from Pet Smart, and it I think it was around 100, maybe a little more. It is cherry wood with a metal grate. It was much more online with the shipping, so I bought it there. It was worth every penny. My little beavers chewed thru the wood gate, even after my hubby re-inforced it with duck tape. This one is too heavy to tip over, and it is attractive looking. We store it in the garage when we are not using it. |

| Try Wal Mart in the baby section, they have one with a swinging gate for around $40.

| I bought one of these play yards: North States Industries Superyard XT Gate - North States Industries - Toys "R" Us from toysrus and have used it in all sorts of ways, as an enclosure but also as a gate, especially between rooms with extra wide openings. North States also makes it in both wood and metal now. I think Walmart (online) sells the metal one for less and also has the wood which I have not seen at Toys R Us. I like the flexibility to use this product in so many ways. I would love to have the metal one now, but when I bought it, I needed it for puppies nd they would have gone right through the metal rungs which they couldn't with the plastic grid. Both have benefits. The plastic ones are very reasonble. I think I got mine for $20 with a Toysrus coupon too!

| Thank you all very much. I'm going to go to all three stores and check them out. Maybe I'll luck out with Black Friday savings |
