I am wanting to get a cute collar for Tessa but I am needing it pretty quick cuz she flies here on the 11th. Is there a nice, talented, person that is not too busy??? If so, just let me know what my choices are and we will go from there

You might want to get a cheap nylon collar at first. When puppies first have a collar put on, they tend to scratch and scratch for a few days to a week at first. Lacy's first collar was a frayed mess by the end of that first week. I got her nicer collars after she was used to wearing a collar and didn't scratch at it anymore.

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
