My furkids Donating Member | Looking for Pet silk Morning everyone! I don't know if I should have posted this in the grooming section...If I don't get any responses I will post there too! I am looking for someone that sells pet silk, shampoo and conditioner. I recently pm'd a YT member that has an on-line store and she hasn't responded back. Does anyone else on here sell it? or do you know where I can purchase it? Thanks girls! Brenda

My furkids Donating Member | Quote: I'm hoping this will help with Sadie's coat, it's so coarse and brittle that it's breaking...especially around her little face. I want, so bad, to cut the hair on her snout because it keeps getting into her eyes but, if I cut it it will never grow longer...I don't know what to do!

I think I have used every scent they have and the smell does not stay with them very long at all. I wish it did. It smells nice while bathing them, but seems to gone within a day. | |

| It is great but if your yorkie has a cottony coat it helps but won't work wonders. My first yorkie Molly had a cotton coat and I cut her back since the grooming was just too hard on her. I think the food they eat is alot more important than the shampoo but good shampoo does help. I like the one without the fragrance too, it's a nice clean smell. Good Luck

| I ordered mine from purecanine too and it came really fast. I got the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and it smells clean and not to overwhelming. It works really good on both my dogs but I cant use the condioner on Hannah every time because she gets oily after just a couple days. Hannah is thin silky coat. Bentley has a thick cottony coat and it works wonders on him. Hannah's hair on her nose used to get in her eyes too and they would get so watery and stain her hair on her face. I took her to the groomer 2 weeks ago (first trip to the groomer). I told her that I just wanted her ears trimmed and butt trimmed only, well when I picked her up the hair down the top of her snout was trimmed. I was mad at first, but it has made the biggest difference with her eyes watering. Here is a picture of her before and after the hair was trimmed, it is really not that noticable. |
