Hmmmm not sure what the fabric is and Im looking at it,lol. Its kinds of like a flannel, but not really.

And no it doesnt have a d-ring. And the yellow coat has snaps on the underside as its closure.

You should get a step-in harness or a harness thats easy to put over clothes. Thats what I do when chloe is wearing a sweater or shirt or somethign that I dont want to put a d-ring on. It makes things so much easier.

We have alittle step in harness, to put on Mojo when he doesn't have clothes on and we go out (in the nude

).....but I think it will be too small to go over clothing.....I will check when we get our jacket - it can be adjusted, but I think it is fully adjusted. If it is too small, we will hunt for a good (bigger) step in harness.
