Hi all!!!

I've been looking at different stores (and online) for instruction books on making cute dog clothes. I can't see to find any?!?

I'm kind of poor and can't afford the clothes sold online but I love doing crafty stuff and would love to make my own. I'm not looking to start a business or anything I would just like to make some for Bella. I've learned on my own to make bows so I do that for myself but I think with the clothes, I'll need some guidance.

Do they just not sell books of this kind??? I seem to be able to find books for knitting dog clothes but I don't like the knit look...

I to looked for books and couldn't find any there is a free pattern for dog clothes and you could go from there or buy a cheap shirt and pick it apart and try to make a pattern from that? I hope this helps and here is the site to the free pattern

I got a pattern at Hancock Fabrics, I love it and its super easy to modify your patterns. However I can't find the Pattern maker or number, I'd check your local fabric store, Joann or Hancocks.

In the meantime I was looking to find the pattern number and found this website: Dog Clothing Pattern Books.

I know it says for hairless, but it seemed to have a nice variety to choose from. Hope this helps!

Oooh. Great suggestions and website! I'm not sure if there are any Hancocks around but I'll have to check!

Oh wow, I just actually looked at the stuff on that page I linked. There is a lot of usefull info on there! Tons of patterns and links! I wish I knew about this sooner, I could have been much busier!
