| Yorkie Grooming Dvd I made a video "How to Groom Your Pet Yorkie at Home". It is 2 hours, 2 minutes long. It explains in very detailed, simple to understand, common sense ways to care for your yorkies coat at home. It is made for the at home pet owner who knows nothing about grooming. It covers nail trimming, foot pad shaving, ear hair plucking and ear canal cleaning, how to trim out the eye corners between the eyes, how to clip the sanitary area, how to tip the ears. I show 3 different hair styles for the body (long to the floor "traditional" look, puppy cut, and schnauzer type "personality" clip) and a few different head styles. How to put up the top knot, and a newer style of topknot that will really stay in, and a rounded cute "teddybear" face and head style. I show how to empty the anal glands, and show the bathing and drying. I explain all about using the grooming equipment properly, what to buy, where the groomers shop for the lowest prices around. I stress common sense and safety. THIS IS NOT FOR SHOW DOGS OR PROFESSIONAL GROOMERS. I have been a professional groomer for 17+ years now. I show a few of the important things over and over so you can see from different angles. I use 3 different yorkie models. My DVD's have chapters so you can skip to what you need to see. I have them on my yorkie website (see signature below) and I will give Yorkie Talk members a $10.00 off discount for a limited time. The website price is $39.95 + $3.50 shipping. Members here will get it for a total of $33.45 which includes the shipping fee. I accept pay pal and US POST OFFICE money orders. Feel free to PM me if you are interested. The discount is for a LIMITED TIME ONLY as long as my current supply lasts. Sue& Cricket |

| I have this DVD and I love it!! I would recommend it to anyone that wants to groom at home to save money, and save your dog the stress of going to the groomers! It is very detailed and gives you tons of info on what supplies to buy. I tried all 3 cuts on my 3 yorkies and all of them came out really well on the first try!! I'm not related to Sue or anything, just a happy customer!!

| I posted in a couple of other threads about how much I liked the grooming video, so I will say it here, too! The video is very good, and well thought out! I did the "personality cut" on Piper...minus the topknot. It turned out really well! I'll try to post pictures later. Last edited by spr377; 06-17-2008 at 05:58 AM. |

| I received the video and I love it! It is very helpful. I now need to order grooming tools, but I have been practicing a few things, without the supplies, on Piccolo.

| Sue I am so amazed at all the information that you share in your dvd. I have watched only part of it....just to the end of the puppy cut which is what I will be trying out on my pup. I am going to watch the rest tonight. I am so excited to get started once I collect all of the necessary grooming supplies. You are so thorough with your explanations and so detailed that those of us that haven't a clue on where to begin feel empowered and ready for the challenge. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! I highly recommend this dvd to anyone wanting to groom their pup on their own.

| Thank you! In appreciate the kind words about my video. I worked hard to make it user friendly, and stress the common sense approach for people who have never tried to groom their own dogs. If any members here are still interested, I am still honoring the $10.00 off discount until July 1st. Thanks again! Sue Quote:

| Hi Sue - Thank you for extending your discount period. The grooming video is great. I love how feisty your "models" are and how gentle you are with them. If you lived nearby, I'd actually just forget the video and take my baby over there for you to groom him! |

| I've had Sue's video for several months now and it's excellent, well worth the money. I ordered my supplies from Petco and have been grooming Scooter ever since. It's really not as hard as you think to do your own. If I can do it, anyone can! I wish I had known about it years ago as I would have saved a lot of money. Thanks again, Sue.
