Darn..I didn't realize LilyGrace was so small. I'm assuming #15 won't fit Lacy? She's got a 14.5in chest, 11in length, and is 7.5lbs

No, I do not think this will fit Lacy

LilyGrace is a 12.5 in chest w/ lots of hair and this was fit her okay, but more snug than what I like on her.

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
