| Anyone tried the Quickfinder I read about the quickfinder, a nail clipper that senses the quick in a dogs nail and has lights that tell you when it's safe to cut the nail, on a post here at YT. So I was planning on buying it. Amazon.com sells it. I just wanted to know if anyone has tried it yet and if it really works. Here's a link to the product at Amazon: http://amazon.com/o/ASIN/B000OZREE6/...pf_rd_i=507846 |

| I have the Quickfinder. It does do what it is supposed to do. I've used it on my Yorkie girl and it gets the job done. No accidents so far. The sensor that tells you where the quick is is very precise. So you have to hold the center of the clipping blade up against the underside of the nail, and then move it along the underside until the light turns green. Otherwise all you get is a red light. So it takes a little more time to get it centered correctly, but it is worth it to know you won't be cutting into the quick anymore. I managed to do my girl's nails all done in one sitting. That's a real milestone. |

My furkids Donating Member | I ordered one last Friday...I thought I would get it today...Nothing in the mail today. I'm glad to hear it worked well. The girls need their nails done and I am waiting until I get it. I just hope that they sit still long enough for me to clip them...they HATE having their nails clipped. I usually do it at bath time when their nails are soft.
