| Do you buy custom or "off the shelf"? I was just curious how many of you bought clothes off the internet that were already made. I'm going to be starting a buinsess of making clothes, but I didn't know if I should do strictly custom, or to make some to buy "off the shelf" |

| I do both...I have found cute things that are handmade (especially from people here), but I have also found great things off the store shelf or website. I say...buy what you like...whether it is store bought or made just for you.

| for the most part i buy off the shelf because they are impulse buys when i am in PetSmart but if i want a dress for a special occasion (like this Christmas Layla will need a new dress because she was still a pup last year) i'll get it custom made because i want it just perfect! |

| custom outfits Most of my sales are for custom orders. I would say 95% of them. I offer standard sizes as well and here is a list of the standard sizes because it took me a while to figure out the standard size chart so i hope this helps. xxs neck 6-8 chest 10-12 length 8 xs neck 8-10 chest 12-14 length 10 small neck 10-12 chest 14-16 length 12 medium neck 12-14 chest 16-18 length 14. Most people don't sell as large as the medium but i do and then i will go even larger and custom fit for any breed. Once you get past a medium it is almost impossible to offer standard sizes because the larger dogs just have to be custom fit for. Hope this help and good luck with your store! BANNED FOR NOT MAILING PRODUCTS PURCHASED | Since I sew, I make all my girls clothes, occasionally I find a cute shirt, but for the most part, they wear what I make them. Winter time I buy them some warm hoodies. |
