I purchased some diapers from barkindogclothes recently. I thought she made them well and left her a great feedback here on another post. I'm sorry to say that after just one use these diapers fell apart. I'm sorry I left such a good post because now I found out they arent the quality I expected. I email her back letting her know they fell apart at the seams within a few hours of my female wearing them. I had to email her 3 times over approx 4-5 days time and never heard back from her at all. Then today her and I were not able to work out a compromise on a refund. She doesn't stand behind her products. I had to have these remade from someone else since my female is in heat which cost me extra for expedited shipping. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had problems with her clothing line?????

I know some of you may think posting this is not fair, but I want to let everyone know that I tried to work this out and feel she doesnt stand behind her products SO BEWARE!!!

I hate to be one to complain, because thats not the way I am. I usually just dont say anything and let it go. I just couldnt let other people here have the same thing happen to them. I tried to work this out with her before posting it here, but she din't care about making things right apparently. I'm sorry it had to come to this.

I am sorry this happened! I emailed her just a few days ago because I was going to have her make some things for Livi but then decided that I would wait until I knew for sure her size. I may have to rethink buying from her if she doesn't stand behind what she makes. Hmmmmm.

As much as I hate to admit it, I wouldnt recommend using her to make anything. I swear these diapers fell apart and she doesn't give refunds on her products. She will remake them, but IMO why would I want them remade when they didnt hold up the first time for even 1 day!!

I only know her website is barkindogclothes. I'm not sure what her YT id is to be honest. I was referred to her by a friend who used her for some clothes. I will tell you I'm very dissapointed in her products.

With soooooooo many people out there to buy from, customer service has got to be a priority! I have bought from people lately and I know that I will buy not buy from certain ones again because of their "customer service".

I hate that this didn't work out for you.

Deb I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. Rena has always made really high quality clothes for me, infact 90% of their clothes are from her. I've never had her stuff break down or of poor quality which is why I always order from her.
I feel bad that I referred you due to my good experience and you had a bad one. I hope she makes it right by you.

She is a member here..her name is Rena. I have also bought a pair of diapers from her and I have had NO PROBLEMS with them

I know of a lot of members that have bought from her and loved their experience. Im sorry you are have problems..

I've always had excellent service from Rena too, and the clothes she made have held up really well. I wonder what happened?

I'm terribly sorry you had a bad experience. I have bought things from Rena and loved them and never had a problem. I have been extremely happy with her service and products.

A lot of Conner's shirts came from Rena. The shirts are high quality and the embroidery is just gorgeous. I'm also sorry you had a bad experience.

Well I don't know what happened and perhaps I caught her in a bad mood. I would have given a refund no questions asked, but thats just me. I made several attempts to work this out with her and each time I try to email her asking for a refund she now has told me if I dont stop threatening her she will get an attorney. Well I have to say if asking her to make things right with a bad product is threatening her then let her get an attorney. I will not make any recommendations for her products.
They fell apart after my female wore then for 2 hours at best, how can she expect me to want her to remake them..

WOW! That's a tad extreme to say to a customer.
