| Opinons please I don't know what to do. I got the coach dog carrier for christmas from my mom and I love the bag but it is extremely difficult to carry. There is no shoulder strap, just handles. I called Coach to see about returning it and they said I could return it without the tags if it was new and unused. Well it is kind of unused. I have used it about 4 times and they were short trips like into Lowes for 3 of them and the other was into an outdoor shopping area that we have near my house. You can not really tell it has been used, b/c she has been in the bag probably a total of less than 1 hour. My dilemma is I really would like to see if they will take it back b/c it was alot of money, but is is bad to try and say I did not use it? Please give me your opinons,b/c I am having a hard time deciding what to do. |

| If it shows no use then it is unused. You had to try it out to see if you would like it. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughters, I wore them only in the church and could not stand them any longer. They were so uncomfortable. I returned them. |

| If they won't take it back, I'd buy it! But I really do think that they would take it back. Coach is usually very good about returns. |

| You will never have a problem with Coach, they are fantastic about returns. Just take the bag with the receipt and ask for a refund. I doubt if they even ask any questions. Or you could sell it here on YT or if not you can sell it on Ebay and probably make more than the return price. So either way you will be ok. I got the same bag but I have it only in case of traveling as it is way too big for everyday use..

| That's really odd that it wouldn't have a shoulder strap. Did you ask if they have one for it?? I have seen it and it's a beautiful bag...nice mom

| Just tell them you "tried it out but it was just too heavy without a shoulder strap." That is the truth and it should not be a problem. Those things cost too much money not to be happy with it!

| I know there are a lot of Coach lovers out there, but their customer service absolutely sucks. I am in the process of dealing with them right now about a handbag that I got the week of Thanksgiving that I had less than 2 weeks and had to send off for a repair. When I finally got it back, I had to send it off again after 10 days for the same repair (last week). I have been around & around with them about REPLACING the bag and supposedly they are going to do so now. The bag is brand new and I want it to be exactly that. There is no reason that anyone should shell out hundreds of dollars for a bag that they have carried less than a total of 4 weeks that has been repaired twice. I have confirmation that they received the bag on friday, but I called today and she told me that it must still be in the returns dept, she can't find it anywhere. I am so sick of them and it makes me so sad because they have beautiful bags. But this is the last one I will own. EVER. So, what I am trying to say is.........take it back to the store and tell them that you don't think you can use it because it has no strap and leave it at that. Get your money while you can and don't give them the option of saying no.
