BAD Dog Clothing Website - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Just letting everyone know that www.icycoolproduct.com is a BAD website I made an order and its been like 3 weeks now and I had been in contact with the guy up until I sent off the money but NOW that he has it he has made NO CONTACT with me

and I tried SEVERAL TIMES to get in contact with him. I learned about him because he was on eBay (STILL IS So watch Out) and I had purchased through eBay and got my outfit........well I went to his website to purchase more $26.95 more to be exact and NO PRODUCT....I hate to think that people do this take your money and run

Does anyone know what kind of action I can take on this man and his website I know its not alot of money but still its the idea that he just took it

My cousin's huband is a lawyer so I will talk to him tomorrow but do any of ya'll know of anything. This was the first outfit I had bought from him on eBay, so YTers if you see this type of clothing on eBay BEWARE!

Thanks for the heads up, but I am sorry to hear that this happened to you - hopefully you either get the stuff that you ordered or your money back - and if not, I hope you can find a way to take some sort of action.

Darn! I hope you still get your items you ordered. It's possible there could be an emergency in his life where he has gotten behind on orders. Did he have a good feedback on Ebay? I looked at his site and he sure has good prices, but I guess that's not so great if you never get the merchandise!

If you paid by credit card, you can dispute the charge because you did not receive the product and he did not communicate with you. If he is selling on Ebay, is his website an Ebay store? If so, Ebay's safe harbor program might be able to help. Lastly, there is an internet better business bureau http://www.bbbonline.org/where you can file a complaint and get assistance, or you can go to the secretary of state for the state he runs his business from and they can help you resolve this. So sorry you haven't got your stuff yet. I actually bought a dress from them before and it was terrible looking in person. Hope you get your money back.

Wow, that's something because I've purchased around 4 items from icycoolproducts on ebay. I've never had a problem with them (him) and I bought them all on seperate occasions. I love the overalls, Kodak has them in a diff color and I bought a pink color for my little girl. Hope you can get this taken care of. good luck

Yea well the first time I did order from eBay and everything went perfectly fine, well the second time around I went to order from his website (I think thats where my mistake came in at) and he stop answering my emails after I told him I mailed the money order but there is an UPDATE!!!! I don't know was it by me saying that I was going to take legal action in my email but my 3 items came days after that email LOL so I did FINALLY get my clothing (and when I did it was all too small) but yea I suggest that if you do order from this man order from him through eBay

I'm hopeing he wasn't trying to just take my money and got overwhelmed with his eBay orders and just forgot about the website order but I don't know

I know exaclty who your talking about. He used to have a store on another site and I think he's oversea's. I know he gets almost all of his products from china. That makes me sad that he scammed you bc he had some really cute stuff

Well maybe not scammed me but maybe was trying to because afterall I did received my items after my threatening email LOL
