Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Fleece carriers? OK, I might as well quit trying to hide it. I want my boys to have the best stuff too! Is there such a thing as a fleece carrier? It's getting cold here, and sometimes 4-pound Jack starts shivering and I have to put him in my coat. It's a little clunky, and one time last weekend he dropped out the bottom. You'd think it would be easy to make some kind of fleece carrier that you could sling over your neck to keep a Yorkie warm in winter. He likes walks, but he can't stay out there as long as Eddie. Any ideas?

| Don't have any answer for you - but I do insist on pictures! How cute will that pic be with Jack's sweet lil face poking out of some sort of carrying apparatus? I hope Jack is ok after his trip out the bottom of your jacket! Could you wear some sort of pouch under your jacket which would leave your hands free and Jack safe and warm under your coat. I think your body warmth would be more effective than polar fleece. We have these AWESOME dog coats here that are a mix of merino wool and possum fur. Super warm!

| Have you looked into one of those front carriers, the ones you strap to your body, you could wear it under you coat. You could also use a baby sling carrier.

| I used to do that with my daughter and just wore my husbands coat. I got Alphy a front pack but I would have to buy a way bigger coat to zip him up inside. (now that there's no husband) How about one of those sling carriers that people use for babies? see papoose carrier. A ha ha ha snicker snicker snort snort I so want a picture of this... www.ergobabycarrier.com baby sling - www.instinctiveparenting.com

| Here's one.... http://stores.ebay.com/The-Tiny-Paws...QQftidZ2QQtZkm Here's a few other sling carriers if you don't like that one. It probably wouldn't be that difficult to sew a fleece blanket inside. http://www.nextag.com/pet-sling/search-html

| Don't forget to post pics of that cutie patoot in his little pouch! You have no "bad hair day" excuses anymore - now that Jack's got a new 'do.
