| I like barkindogclothes, but..... Which did you order for Esme? You can at least give us a hint, right? LOL. I like the clothes, but to be honest, I'm not sure about her customer service....one of the 2 shirts I ordered had a huge, obvious hole in it and I emailed her, asking wht to do about it and she said for me to send it back, and she'd fix it. I don't know if it's just me being a snob and all, but she didn't even say she was sorry, or offer to send a return envelope or anything? I would have at least appreciated an apology.

| Oh no! I'm so sorry that you weren't happy with things I just got my second order from her. Tia's Juicy hoody is way, way too small. I think I might have mistyped her measurements or something. Everything I ordered for her is small. Everything else fits, but the juicy in no way will go on. I might just sell it.

| I am so sorry to hear about your mishap Passionfrution...I never had a problem with anything. I'm betting she will make everything right for you, but I understand what you are feeling. I have not placed an order for a few months now with her, Schatzie doesn't wear clothes on a daily basis so I havent felt the need.

| A couple things I ordered for Bella are too small too.....They were all the ones with a cotton type collar and not much give. The things that did fit are wonderful though and for the price you can't beat it

| I got Esme a pink striped shirt, a blue striped shirt and the tinkerbell. I also asked for the leash loops, so we will see what happens. I *HOPE* they all come okay, and fit! Esme is 8 inches around her neck and 12 around her body and that's where the size toy starts, so I hope they are not too big. Their prices are the best I have ever seen in doggie clothes.

| I think Rena is a lovely person and she is so nice, but just so you wouldnt feel "snobby" last year I ordered a bunch of shirts for her for all 3 of mine and gave her the exact measurements, well they were all (all 8) too small, it just seemed like it was too much of a hassle and I felt bad to send them back, but in the future i started giving bigger measurements to make up for it but then I dont know they just didnt fit right. They are definitely the cheapest dog clothes around, but everyone is around for some reason, I wouldnt say they are high quality or could compare to some of the other shirts out there, which is fine Im just saying |

| Im waiting for my second order to come in, the first lot i ordered were 3 jogging/pj... they are too big but that was my mistake coz i seem to think Chelsey is bigger then what she really is and the little strawberry shortcake dress is way too big but thats ok, she might grow big enough for it, the other thing i ordered was a front-pack and i forgot to ask her for a specific colour so i mailed her a day later to ask for a pink one and it was no problem at all. Passionfruitation, maybe she came across to u that way which i totally understand and i can imagine how u feel, but it most probably was not her intention to do so? We all have our ups and downs huh so maybe she was not having a good day, i believe in giving people a second chance coz we all make mistakes. Im sorry u are disappointed and yes without customers shop owners cant make a living and no i dont believe u are a snob, i would have been the same way, im prepared to pay for what i buy, but i do also expect some service. Hope u have better luck next time

| So based on most of the comments, would it be good to add maybe an inch to the measurement you give her?? I haven't ordered much of anything yet for my little ones. But I definitely want to soon!

| I love hearing about all the clothes everyone's buying...makes me want to expand Max's wardrobe, too. He stretched out the neck of his Superman t-shirt, but I fixed it myself. LOL at least until he figures out how to get his neck just right so he can chew on it again. I'm going to order some jammies for him next...I've tried making some things but it hasn't worked out. LOL ITA with everyone about customer service...it's important, our satisfaction is crucial, and I think any situation can & should be resolved to some end that's acceptable to both buyer & seller.
