Default Iams Gravy

Have those of you that have had a hard time getting your yorkie to eat try the Iams gravy. I tried about 6-7 kinds of food in 9 months and she wouldn't eat any of them. Once, she did not eat her food for about 25-30 hours. I had to feed it to her to get her to eat. Haha she's so spoiled. Even then she barely ate it. I am just not sure how healthy the gravy is. I guess it's better to eat something not very healthy than to not eat at all. Right?

When it first came out I got some and my dogs ate it but they wont now. They are really picky though there is only one kind of hard food they will eat and one moist. I have tried so many foods and donated so many bags to our Humane Society.

I hope she doesn't get tired of it too. I have had a real hard time to get her to eat.

I got a couple of bottles of it free and none of my dogs would eat their food when I put it on it. I ended up just throwing it away....... they're usually not picky but there must be something in it they didn't like.

Typically if you go to the IAMS website they have coupons. I don't think that they have coupons for a free sample, but maybe a $1.00 off? I also believe that if you sign up on their website, they will start sending you coupons in the mail. I occasionally recieve coupons for IAMS food and products.

I started buying the nutro gourmet meals that come in pouches and I sprinkle that on my dogs dry food and they absolutely love it. They have beef stew, turkey and casserole, lamb and rice, etc. I only give them one package for all 3 to share. I basically do it just to add a little flavor and fun to thier boring dry food

I have had my puppies on iams, eukanuba, beneful, and pro pac and science diet. and when I first buy it they eat it like they just love it. but after a few feedings they walk by and look at it or sniff it and so i try to mix it with warm water and let it soften, first few times, hmmm it so good. then its walk by, sniff and walk on till late in the day. Kizzy doesnt hardly eat anything till late and now maggie will eat a few bits a few times a day of whatever. I suppose if they get hungry they'll eat something. Hubby says leave them alone, they'll eat when they get hungry. But i'll even take them to the food bowl and sometimes i'll take some of the food and try to get them to take one bite from me thinking they might decide humm thats pretty good but they dont. Hubby said I worry too much. vet said no dog will starve itself to death when theres food. So I suppose I do worry. oh yes and ive given them kibbles and bits too. So i've about given up on what kind to buy. I'm thinking next time i'll just by the old gravy train and try that. I dont know what else to do cause i'm not gonna keep buying them food and wasting half a bag begging them to eat. They will learn to like something. My sisters has a schnauzer and he loves gravy train. the vet that saw maggie when her regular vet was out said he dont have a preference but he usually just prefers gravy train. I think mine is so spoiled all they want is treats but they dont get many of those lately either. I know for sure Kizzy would eat cheerios all day if I would give them to her.

Yes, I just seen the new Nutro in the store! This is the only food Mojo will eat (he is VERY picky, but luckily it is healthy). I haven't tried any yet, but I think I will. Thanks for your post!!!!

This is why I LOVE YT!!!!!!!
