I am looking for a cute little dog ID tag for Starsky. I have one and they had his name engraved in it, but now you can't read it so he needs a new one. The name when it was engraved was so light and not very deep.

I want to find an original looking one. Not the ones at the pet stores or vets. Do you guys have any ideas?

I got really nice ones from www.pacificpetshop.com it was under $10.00 with freight. I'm wearing Jewel's tag as a pendant and no one knows it's a dog tag! Must see!

Yeah someone had made a post about them a long time ago. I think they were just surfing and found it. Anyway at the time they had an elephant and we have this thing for elephants (We are in Crimson Tide country) so I got it. I think its a lady who makes them herself so it does take a little bit for her to get it out to you but no too long. She doesn't engrave the name into the tag. What she does, or at least mine is this way, is she has the name printed onto a piece of plastic or paper or something and she cuts that the exact shape as the pendant. Then she puts it onto the back of the pendant and pours this placticy stuff on it (I don't know what its called I've seen it on hgtv shows before though, its clear liquid and dries into a solid). Anyway the name can't wear off over time or whatnot. I was pleased with the one I got. I didn't like the hook thingy that it came with so I did change that.

I guess you can call me the queen of dog tags, b/c we have them all (guess my babies have too many coach collars) but anyway this is my favorite tag of all, its a yorkie angel tag, to keep your baby safe... its the cutest!!! and she hand makes all the tags and she has a lot breeds to pick from.
