| UGH! What to do! A while back (just near a month ago!) we ordered a bunch of clothes for Tila. Most of the stuff we ordered has yet to arrive unfortunately, we didn't get an email for every single order. So I don't know what to do! And also, we had a bad experience with Dog Gone Good Stuff who sent us wrong items and wouldn't exchange them (even though their exchange policy said they would) So I'm pretty sure we got all the bows we ordered but have yet to recieve ANY of the clothes! and a Crown Barrette, the lady is suddenly unreachable at all! |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Missing purchases How did you pay for the items? If you paid via paypal or your credit card then you can contact them to notify them that you haven't recieved your items and would like a refund. They will handle it from there. Good luck.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | You can call the credit card company and tell them you would like to dispute the charge from the particular site/store. They will send you out a form and make a note. In the meantime they will temporarily give you a credit for the amount while they investigate. Then they will contact the merchant and work on the situation. You can contact paypal and do the same thing.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Good luck Sucks to order something and pay for it and have nothing to show for it. Not like the money grows on trees.. Let me know how things go.
