| Just spent 96 bucks! It happend so fast! I went to the CC site to check out those brushes that everyone has been talking about..... and wham! 96 bucks later, here I am! I can't wait to get my package. I ordered three things. Yes, you read that right, three things. The Buttercomb Brush All Fine #012 $20.00, 20mm Gold Series Pin Brush A020G $32.00, and the Ice on ice Concentrate 16oz $37.00. It makes 2 gallons. And shipping was a flat 7 for UPS. Well I did the math! A gallon is 128 ozs. So two Gallons is 256 ozs. Divide that by 16 (the number of ounces in a $10.00 bottle) and you get 16. So the concentrate equals = $160.00 in product. I'd say that is a deal any way you slice it! And lord knows you can spray the heck out of this stuff! Especially with two. And with the chance that Paris may be a bit on the dryer side.... I may use way more than I do now! I'd say go for the concentrate even at 37.00 its a steal. Have ya all done the brush test yet??? I felt like the worst mom in the world after I did it! I also borke out my Jewlers Loupe, its 10x magnification, and looked at the ends of the pins.... they were like little saw blades. And that dam brush was 20.00. It was supposed to be so good for her coat! bla bla bla. It tore up my arm. http://www.chrissystems.com/tiptest.htm Try it! It'll make you feel good about your brushes or make you want to throw them all out! Its a need to know kind of thing I think. A big heartfelt thank you to all of you that brought this topic up!

| I loved the CC products when I first started using them and still up until a few weeks ago. But I am not sure this is what is causing my problems but some of my females get so knotted up lately that it is unreal. And I never had this problem till recent. |

| Funny thing, I tired that tip test and my brush didn't leave any straches on my arm. Now, I know that I don't have a good brush. I bought it before I knew all the information that you wonderful people haave given me. I do intend to get another one, but right now Daisy has no hair.. So don't always go by that test. You may very well still not have a good brush even though it doesn't do that.. Mine is a Four Paws.. This is the one that I have.. Last edited by DaisyMaesMom; 03-10-2006 at 05:20 AM. |
