| For those who use CC Systems I purchased the Ice on Ice recently, and I love it. I want to switch Penny's shampoo, also. I was using Bio-Groom which worked well, but then I couldn't find it locally and picked up some general puppy shampoo from Target. Big Mistake! Her hair mats and tangles horribly!! I want to try the CC Systems Day-to-Day. Now what conditioner do I get or do I need one? I've never used a separate conditioner for Penny. |

| I use the CC day to day Shampoo and the conditoner also, Remember to shake it before every use, they both settle in the bottle. I think you need the conditioner, it makes them so soft and easy to brush afterwards.

| Originally I bought the Day to Day Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner for Debbie. Those two things alone did a great job. Later I did buy the Ice on Ice but that really didn't do too much. Maybe Villette will tell us how the Ice on Ice made her floor so slippery that she took a long slide while wearing her sox. Just be careful where you spray it. |

| I love the CC products and use the Day to Day shampoo and conditioner...It works great and leaves Vivi's coat so shiny. It has really made a noticable difference.

| I just got my first CC package this weekend and washed Chica today. She felt so nice. I tried to take her to a groomer and he told me he couldn't get the mats out so he'd have to cut her short. We said no thanks, and I came home and used my CC products and let me tell you, I kept all her coat and she looks beautiful and soooo soft. I bought the Ice on Ice and the Daily shampool. I used the Ice on Ice on the mats and it did help and then I sprayed it on Chica after I bathed her as a leave in conditioner. Also sprayed the bottom of her feet because it's supposed to repel dirt. She does feel really soft and she is shinier than she has been. I would recommend both products! I'm going to order a brush and a comb next. Can anyone reccommend which kind of brush works well on Yorkies coats?

| Another great CC shampoo to use CC just recently came out with a new shampoo. It's called Clean Start and I truly believe it's better than the Day to Day Shampoo. I have a professional show dog handler that purchases 4 gallons at a time from me and swears by it! Another great product to use periodically is the After Bath. and YES ....IF YOU HAVE TILE OR WOOD FLOORS - watch where you spray the Ice on Ice.... or YOU may do the splits without wanting to. (or being ABLE to ..OUCH !) and to help your questions missPenny...I personally like the Daily Moisturizing Shampoo AND Conditioner and always use them together...I let the girls sit about a minute in the conditioner and spray on the Ice when they're damp...then brush them out.... maybe you could use some Johnsons NO MORE TANGLES for human babies ? I hgad a groomer that swears by it. Sold in most stores for about 5 $$ | |

| More on CC products Yes, it is a clarifying shampoo. However, it's gentle enough that the professional show dog handler uses it every time a dog is shown. However, on my guys, I use it every other time (I bathe my guys every other week) to reduce any build up and get rid of those things that will weigh a coat down and make it not lay or look right. A big thing that the handlers found with the Clean Start shampoo is that the white parts on the dogs they are showing don't seem to stain as much when using the Clean Start shampoo (noticed mostly on a miniature schnauzer special they had living with them for 2 years). There was a post about Silk Spirits too. It's a FABULOUS product but should be used very sparingly. A little goes a very, very, very long way!! Especially on the toy dogs. Ice on Ice should not be used in a saturating way unless the coat is wet and you are trying to get a mat out. You should lightly mist the coat after blowing out. It contains sun screen and will repel some to most dirt. Another fabulous product for getting mats out is the After Bath. I have soft coated wheaten terrier breeders who use it and say it makes the mats just melt away. It also reduces drying time significantly. | I love the Clean Start shampoo. I received a bottle free at a dog show and it's awesome. I don't use it for every bath but I use it whenever the dogs start to look really dirty or if their coats seem a little dull. It's been especially good on Pixie, my Yorkie. She tends to look like a little greaseball if she doesn't get a bath regularly and she looks amazing after a bath with Clean Start. I also use Clean Start on my own hair if I've used a lot of styling products and my hair always looks shiny and great afterwards. It seems to work way better than any human clarifying shampoos because it never dries out my hair. It's a great product.
