| Types of crates Ok so I am getting a puppy in the next month or so and I was just wondering what types of crates you reccomend. I travel about once a month for a few days and would bring the puppy with me so that it could have its crate with him. With that said it would have to fit in my car. What do you use/reccomend? |

| We have 2 crates.... We have a collapsable wire crate that Bailey sleeps in and then we have a veri-kennel (the plastic kind) for when we travel. It fits in the back seat of our truck perfectly! |

| I found my crate on E-bay it was about $33.95 with shipping and is called the Midwest Lifestages, it is fully collapsible, comes with the divider panel, and has handles for easy portability. Sebastian loves his and sleeps in it every night. The company I got it from is called Forhappydogs.com. I also purchased the cinnamon colored pet bed ($15.98) that is specially made for the crate and is also made by Midwest. We went to Petland and my crate cost $80.00 so we saved alot by purchasing it from E-bay. The size I got was the 22" Long x 13" Wide x 16" High. | We had both, but Tia hated the other one so we just use the plastic Vari Kennel now. It has a door on the top so she can see out of it. It travels great, sits right next to me in the car!
