| opinions on dog stairs Have been looking and my sister gets the booklet in the mail. They are a great price with shipping to me they will be $21.90. My question is the step seem to be kinda small. The depth is 14.25", which makes the step about 4.75". What do you all think. http://www.collectionsetc.com/Item76077.aspx#

| I have 3 sets of stairs for Rowdy and he uses them all. He's about 4 1/2 lbs and is now able to jump on the couch and my hubby's chair - but he still uses the stairs and I'm really glad. He can't get on the bed so he has to use the stairs - he usually uses them to come down but sometimes just jumps off. I try to get him to use the stairs to come down, rather than jumping - but it doesn't always work! The stairs you posted a picture of look just fine to me. I think they will be fine. Rowdy's steps are about 6 inches deep. I have 2 sets of the ones at this link http://www.order-ez.com/merchant/tel...eps/?ms_id=304 and one set that look just the same but are foam (the ones on my link are snap together plastic). I think stairs are great and so does Rowdy!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I bought stairs online and they were llike 80.00 and when we got them Cali was 1lb and she could go up but coming down because they were so narrow and steep her back end would start to go over the head! Then mu husband remembers we still have the stairs he made for our last Yorkie and brought them up and she has used them all the time. They are mush wider, she can lay on each stair and they are carpeted. We trained her to never jump off furniture so far so good! So you may want to find some that are a little wider.

| I have the same ones as RowdysMom! Just got them a week ago and I love them! Before what I had done is take a suitcase, wrap it in a sheet and put a pillow on top and that worked fine for them too. I have the step going up to my bed and up to the couch. After Simon figured out they weren't a toy he uses them all the time now! |

| On a side note.... LOL....my mom got stairs for her miniature pinscher. He's overweight and can't jump onto her bed anymore. When I asked her why she bought them, she said "I bought the stairs so Torch can get his exercise." LOL....stairmasters for dogs, I love it!!!
