| Anyone using a collar or harness that lights up? I've used the lights that clip to the collar, but they aren't visible from behind, and the non-replaceable batteries don't last very long. I ordered a rechargable LED collar that I found on Amazon, but the smallest size is way too big for my dogs. One is 7 lbs, the other is 11 lbs. Have any of you found a rechargable LED collar that fits Yorkies well? |

| Can't help you with this one. Gidget doesn't go out at night since she's training on the wee wee pads. I take her out for walks during the day but once the sun goes down, we're in for the night. |

| Could you possibly try a reflective collar/lead that would glow when light hits it? You wouldn't have to worry about batteries.

| Clip on lights Maybe try the clip lit. You can clip it to the back of the harness, so you can see it from behind. It is not as heavy as the night ize tag, but you do have to replace the battery occasionally. It wouldn't work on a collar probably, since it might make it slide around to the front. If it is for walks at night it would be great, but in the back yard maybe not. I will order it and try it for my puppy, I'll report back Thanks for the tip on the rechargeable collar. Is that the one that is supposed to fit all? |

| not sure of the name of it - but someone i saw recently w/ a small dog had her dog in a harness and the whole thing lit up......you could NOT miss it .....saw her from my car and pulled over to ask her name of it ...and of course i forgot ...but she got it on amazon. So maybe search there...or if i come across it i will let you know. But they exist and are out there- i agree the little lights make for collars did do much help. Sorry i cant be more precise. best in your search.

| hi again - cant vouch for the product- but just found "light my collar" online and they have 2 lighted harness for smaller dogs - (same company that makes the light i just got at local pet store to hang on Bella's harness- and / or you can get a lighted leash to solve the not being able see the clip on light from behind or use with one of these to be extra safe...just an idea. hope that helps some if no one responds with one they have and use !

| I have gotten leashes that light up. They were pretty cool but they didn't last long.

| I found this one on Amazon. It is huge, but is easy to adjust. I used a chopstick to push the lights further down into the collar, and then cut off the excess until I got it small enough. It's nice and bright, and easy to put on and take off. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 |

Senior Yorkie Talker | Light up collar Hello, So, I just got this (in additional to the little night light that stays on Shelby's collar permanently). https://www.chewy.com/nite-ize-niteh...fety/dp/127108 Looks huge, but you actually cut down the transparent plastic part to fit. I cut it down to the right size so that I can easily slip it off or on over Shelby's head. I only put it on when we're actually going walking at night and then slip it off when we get in (opening and closing the collar would be a pain, much better to slip it on/off_. She looks like she's off to a rave but seems totally comfortable with it. You can even make it blink! I'll try to post some pictures - it's pretty funny but I really do think it adds to her (and my) safety. Best, Alec |
