| Chewy.com helps cure procrastination! Well, Chewy isn't going to cure procrastination but it does help! LOL Tax free in all but 3 states, free shipping if you meet a minimum $ amount on your order, a liberal return policy, easy access of product information and some pretty decent prices. They ship to states that other online retailer won't! Months ago I bought a bag of Wellness, grain free, Ocean Formula.. I was thinking fish would be a great protein source but the dogs didn't agree on the taste. "We're not cats!" they told me! Well, I tried a few different ways to convince them that it would be good for them, all positive encouragement, but they still weren't having it. My better half just shook her head and went to the store on multiple occasions for other foods to keep them eating, dry and canned. Finally I hit that little chat button at Chewy.com and on comes someone to assist... Bada Bing, she had sent a credit to my card with out me even asking for a refund or how to return this bag of Wellness "cat food". She just asked me to donate it to a local shelter, which will soon be done. I really couldn't believe it could possibly be that easy so I waited till I saw the credit on my monthly statement. To the procrastination, with my "auto ship" date coming up yet again, I extended it a couple times, I finally got my better half in the same room and we hashed out what food we would purchase. I've been adjusting what was on my Chewy "auto ship" list for quite some time at the site so it really was easier than I make it out to be. Of course, I had to play with the filters that are available at Chewy to narrow down the brand options. Here I pick a brand, dry food, no corn, wheat or soy and all stages. Any way, it clears the selections out that you don't have any interest in and cuts down on clutter on the screen as well as give you an overview of prices on those products. Dog - fromm No Corn No Wheat No Soy Dry Food for All Stages - Free Shipping at Chewy.com On to treats with similar filters! Bully Sticks Dog - bully sticks Grain-Free Treats for All Stages - Free Shipping at Chewy.com We added in some canned Fromm food as well, click and done! Now it's just a short wait for the package from the big brown van! Enough of that! Have fun! Good night! |

| I bought a beautiful tote bag to carry Buddybear in that is top quality. Super well made, strong, and a smoking deal as it was 1/2 price. He doesn't like dog food as I've tried every quality brand in our stores so the spoiled little boy gets real chicken fresh carrots etc. Next time I need to get some treats I will check them out. |

| I started ordering my food from chewy a couple of months ago and I love them. I'm never going to the store for dog food again. I have 6 dogs so it doesn't take much to meet the $49 free shipping requirement and I can't believe how fast they ship. I placed an order late Tuesday night and one bag of food was delivered Thursday morning and I got the other bag first thing today.

All the dogs have been eating the Fromm canned duck and chicken pate'. Gonna have to order more VERY soon. LOL It was for our older dog primarily but mamma has been spoiling all of them equally with the canned and bits of chicken mixed in. The Fromm duck and sweet potato kibble is a hit with them also. We were thinking of trying the canned shredded beef next but Chewy was out last time I checked. I submitted a request to be notified via email when more comes in. Another handy feature! The last order I bought 12" bully sticks for them instead of the shorties. They jumped on them and it was hilarious to see them carry them around. They were thicker than the shorties and less expensive per inch. The 12" bullies are lasting MUCH MUCH MUCH longer than I had originally figured. They do pick them up every day for a bit but they aren't as interested in them as they were the short and thinner 6" ones. The 6 I bought will probably last a year instead of the 3 months I had hoped for. | |

| Not such good luck with Chewy My vet recommended Greenie Pill Pockets Allergy Formula with Duck and Pea for our pups pills and told me not to give them cream cheese anymore. So we bought a bag at Petsmart and they loved them. It made giving meds so much easier. So I ordered 3 bags from Chewy.com bc the price was so much better. When I opened the first bag I noticed a much stronger smell...pretty stinky to be exact, but we figured they were really fresh and had more "aroma" to them. Since we started using them we have had problems with runny poop, vomiting, tummy gurgling, tummy aches, discomfort etc. But we didn't associate it with the pill pockets until now. After using two bags and taking the babies to the vet and getting more meds (so MORE Pill Pockets) we figured it had to be the pill pockets causing it. I went on Consumer Affairs today and read many complaints about pill pockets so I called Chewey.com to tell them about it. The girl I talked to told me several times that if I thought something was wrong with them I shouldn't have fed them to my dogs. I told her it was only the second time we tried them and thought they smelled strong bc they were fresher and had more flavor in them. After a long hesitation she reluctantly offered to send me TWO replacement bags of the same Pill Pockets but from a different lot and told me that if they smell bad to return them. She made me feel like a heel giving my dogs bad food and did not offer to replace them right away. She didn't offer to replace all three bags, only two. She didn't tell me to throw the remaining ones away. She didn't seem to be concerned or care even though I told her I had vet bills and meds that I thought were caused by the pill pockets. What I really feel like doing is calling her back and telling her to forget it. After reading the terrible reviews about greenies and pill pockets and how the company doesn't address complaints, I don't think I trust the company that makes them. And I am wondering about my vet for insisting I use them. By the way, he sells them. Last night Daisy had her last Metronidazole that she has been on for 7 days. I gave it to her in the tiniest bit of pill pocket that barely covered the pill. Her tummy rumbled so much and so LOUD last night that it woke me up twice. I sat up with her and what seemed like a painful tummy ache. I want to cry just writing this for causing my pups so much discomfort and pain. I know this is more of a pill pocket complaint than a Chewy complaint. The gal from Chewy said sometimes being in hot temperatures can affect dog food products but is didn't sit in the hot sun at my house. I am wondering if mail order is the way to go with pet food after this. And I don't think I was treated as nicely by the Chewy people as others on here. Would you tell them not to bother sending the pill pockets? I don't even know if I trust giving them to my pups. Some of the a Greenie reviews said that their Greenies arrived with maggots, some were brown instead of green like they should be. Makes me reluctant to buy anything from them again. This whole thing has made me feel awful. What would you do? Would you try giving them the new pill pockets?

| I was never a fan of Greenie Products. Just my personal preference. I am so shocked you had such an experience with Chewy, must have had a not nice customer service rep. I have called them on numerous time, and anyone I ever spoke with was outstanding. If you know the name of rep call chewy and ask to speak with Supervisor and explain your situation. So sorry you went thru this. I only order from Chewy and have nothing but outstanding service. They have the lowest prices and the shipping is super fast. My Yorkie loves everything from Chewy! She always gets excited when we get our Delivery. |

| Doodlebug I'm so sorry you got treated like that. I've never been treated badly. I would contact them and let them know of your experience with this person. She sounds like she needs more training on what customer service should be. Buddybear doesn't like greenies. I give my big dog her glucosamine in peanut butter on a cracker. I thought those little pill things were a great idea but too expensive so we do the pb + cracker. |

| I was surprised too. This was my first call to them and I expected them to offer me a refund with no problems. Instead this girl shamed me and made me feel terrible and reluctantly offered to send me only two replacement bags of a treat that made them sick and.cost me money in vet bills and meds. And I watched my dogs suffer in pain when I was giving them these pill pockets. I don't know why this person would think I want to give them more pill pockets. Daisy has gone 24 hours now without a pill pocket in her system and for the first time in weeks seems to be feeling great. I am not really happy with Chewy. I'm just really disappointed.

| I called Chewy back and spoke with the nicest lady, Terri. I told her about my previous call and asked her not to send me the pill pockets because i would not give them to my dogs. She was compassionate and so sorry that my pups had so many problems with pain and sickness with the pill pockets. She felt awful at how I was treated. She immediately offered a refund for all 3 bags. She wanted me to tell my experience to her supervisor. He was so nice too. I asked if I could just apply the refund to an order of Denamarin and charge the rest to my card. He said he would do even better, he would give me the full refund and send me a box of Denamarin at no charge. He could not understand why the other rep offered to send me the same thing that made them sick. He said he was really glad I called because he needs to know when something like this happens. It is not Chewy policy at all. He said that every experience you have with Chewy should be magical. So I want to share my excellent experience with Chewy.com. soooo different than yesterday.

| Relatively speaking, I've only been a Chewy customer a very short time and had such a very positive experience with them that I shared the info. Thanks for sharing the negative or poor experience AND that it was resolved eventually. So in my toolbox now is if a chewy representative ever disappoints, I'll ask for a supervisor or just call them back later that day. This is the chewy that I've experienced thus far: "every experience you have with Chewy should be magical" It was years ago, over a decade???? Some greenie chew treats were killing dogs... We never have and never will buy anything associated with greenies. |
