| That stroller is adorable! I'm sorry that I can't help you with the folding issue. I don't have a puppy stroller myself. Although, your problem does remind me of struggling with my son's stroller 9 years ago when I was a new mommy. I feel your frustration. Hopefully someone with more experience in that particular stroller will come on here to help you out.

| Yours looks just like mine only a different color. I had trouble with mine folding down too until I figured it out. I have to unsnap the front of the basket and pull the metal support back toward the handle. Mine won't fold down until the basket is not tight. Does that make sense?

| Does the basket snap over a support in the front? I have to unsnap the basket and the basket then collapses and the support will move freely towards the handlebars. Then everything just folds up but if you have the basket up over the suppport you can't get the stroller to fold up. I'll try to take a picture of what I'm talking about.

| are u talking about where she sit in or where u put things under it. the middle where she it in is undone and I can move it but we just can't get the handlbars to move. but I am not to sure if I have to take the teacup holder thing off to get it to go down. but I didn't think that I had to do that. |

| Unvelcro the basket that sits in and let it go slack. Pull up on the support and it should fold back toward the handlebars.
